We operate a strict opt-in policy for marketing communications.  You will only receive e-mails from us because you have specifically given your consent and we will only use your personal information to inform you of our forthcoming productions, to communicate about changes to a current production or to share news about developments and opportunities within the club.

Contact information obtained when booking

You may be asked for contact information when booking or purchasing tickets - either by our online ticketing provider (www.ticketsource.co.uk) or our in-person ticketing agents (Southwell Library).  This information will be used only in the event of us having to postpone or cancel the performance. 

We will not use your information for any other purpose, unless you specifically opt-in to receive our marketing e-mails.
