Southwell Theatre Club's next production is Patrick Barlow's 'The 39 Steps'. Adapted from the novel by John Buchan, with a nod to Hitchcock's famous film version, it's a fast-moving comedy adventure filled with spies, mistaken identities and unexpected twists.

When Richard Hannay finds himself caught up in a deadly conspiracy, he is thrust into a race against time that takes him on a wild adventure across the country in pursuit of the truth. Along the way, he encounters suspicious strangers, unlikely allies and a mystery that could change everything.
