Refunds & Cancellations

Please note tickets are sold as non-refundable, except in the event that a performance is cancelled - or significantly changed (eg venue, date) - by Southwell Theatre Club.

 

If a performance is cancelled by us, we will be happy to offer you a full refund.  Cancellation notices will be published on our website, Facebook page and in Southwell Library.

Tickets purchased at Southwell Library

Please take your ticket(s) to the Library and the lovely staff will be pleased to refund your costs. Please note this will be a cash/cheque refund.

 

If you purchased your ticket at the Library and would prefer an exchange for a future production, please leave your ticket and contact details with the library staff so that we can make the necessary arrangements.  Unfortunately we are unable to offer this option for tickets purchased online.

Tickets purchased online at Ticket Source

Customers will receive a notification via email from Ticket Source about the event cancellation.

You will receive an automatic refund to the card on which you paid. 

You will be sent a second automated email once your refund has been processed.

Please note that it can take up to 14 days for the refund to appear back on your card.

This refund process is managed by Ticket Source.

Please be aware if you choose the optional 'Refund Protection' or purchase a Mobile ticket, then this fee will not be refunded.
